- Cancellation by the Member
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@remotemd.ai. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process it in accordance with the terms outlined below.
- Membership Term After Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your current subscription term, you will retain access to the services until the expiration of your then-active billing cycle. Your membership will not automatically renew once the current term concludes.
- Subscription Plan Changes & Prorated Refunds
If you decide to switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription during an active billing cycle, you will be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your prepaid monthly subscription, where applicable. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policies and timelines.
- Changes to Membership Fees & Notification
In the event that the amount to be charged to you differs from the preauthorized amount (excluding adjustments due to changes in state sales taxes), such as an increase in the Membership Fee, we will provide you with advance notice.
- Notification Period: You will receive a written notice (via email or through your account dashboard) at least 30 days before the scheduled charge date, detailing the revised amount and the effective date of the change.
- Right to Cancel: If you do not agree with the updated fee, you retain the right to cancel the transaction before the new charge takes effect. To do so, you must notify us at support@RemoteMD.ai prior to the scheduled payment date.
- Refund Processing & Timelines
Any applicable refunds resulting from cancellations or subscription changes will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution policies.
- No Partial Refunds for Mid-Term Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified (e.g., prorated refunds for switching subscription plans), cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a partial refund for the unused portion of your subscription term.
